How refreshing it was to read "Toot suite" (June). It was vital for CIMA to set up a free advice line for potential whistle-blowers, although I hope it doesn't need to be used too often. My own experience, when I uncovered a fraud at my firm about five years ago, was so different. I turned to CIMA back then to be told that there was no advice available other than from a chargeable legal helpline. My inability to obtain support directly from the institute was hugely frustrating.
