The "Vaining your talent" project Is part of a collaboration between CIMA, the UK Commission for Employment and Skills, thethartenad institute of Personnel and Development, the Chartered kligumpunent Institute, Investors in People utid the Royal Society of Axis. The plan is to determine how organisations can measure the Impact of their people on business performance and to better equip them to improve their employees' skills.
