Three sixth-form students from Plymouth College have won the ninth annual CIMA management competition. Ben Robinson, Ralph Robinson and Liam Jonas were each presented with an Apple iPod after beating 72 other teams.

Entrants were asked to present business plans, including financial and marketing strategies, for a new line of training shoes with an embedded pedometer and heart monitor. Judges commended the winning team for its "professionalism, flair and conviction".
