* Africa's last white rhinos are to be protected from poachers by military drones, similar to those used against terrorists. In Kenya's OI Pejeta Conservancy, remotely-piloted surveillance drones will track the rhinos and warn of human encroachment. They will deploy high resolution cameras and infra-red thermal imaging for night operations, monitoring the locations of the endangered rhinos.
