This issue's dilemma

THE PROBLEM I am the FD of a British subsidiary of a US company that's being restructured. I have concerns about some of the proposed changes. which I have raised, but the other directors are not responding. I'd like to broach the subject with our auditor. Would I be breaking confidentiality rules?
