Businesses around the world have begun to recruit again, according to the latest biannual Regus Business Tracker. The survey showed that more than a third of its sample of 10,000 businesses in 78 countries intended to expand their workforces. But 41 per cent of respondents also said that they were planning to reduce their overheads.
