Global law firm Clyde & Co has today announced the appointment of Richard Power as a Partner in its Global Arbitration Group.
Clyde & Co is one of the world's leading dispute resolution law firms and has more than 1,000 legal professionals specialising in litigation and arbitration worldwide. Its Global Arbitration Group comprises of more than 200 lawyers and has a current caseload of over 400 live arbitrations globally.
Richard Power is a leading lawyer in energy industry disputes and has more than 15 years' experience. He joins from Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) where he was Co-Head of International Arbitration and Head of Energy Disputes.
During his time at BLP Richard developed a successful international practice with a focus on complex cross-border matters in the energy sector. He also has expertise in outsourcing, commercial banking and insolvency-related disputes.
