Global law firm Clyde & Co is pleased to announce it has enhanced its UK client service offering through a merger with leading Scottish firm Simpson & Marwick.
The merger, effective from 1 October 2015, provides Clyde & Co with its first presence in Scotland. It also enhances Clyde & Co's position as the UK's leading insurance sector law firm.
With 45 partners, Simpson & Marwick is one of Scotland's largest law firms and is widely regarded as having the pre-eminent insurance disputes practice.
As a result of the combination, Clyde & Co will be able to provide property and casualty insurers with an unrivalled and comprehensive service across both England and Scotland, particularly in casualty, healthcare and professional lines.
