Pensions, ethics and risk management will be among the key topics at this year's CIMA annual conference. Speakers at the event will include Philippa Foster Back, director of the Institute of Business Ethics; and Barbara Moorhouse, FCMA, director-general of finance at the Department for Constitutional Affairs.

Following CIMA's recent introduction of three helplines on ethics, whistle-blowing and legal issues, Foster Back will discuss the nature of ethics in business and outline best practice for ethical dilemmas.

In her session, Moorhouse will be drawing on her experience as a management accountant in both the public and the private sectors to provide the "business experience" case study.
