Bank of Baroda has opened a subsidiary, the Bank of Baroda (Ghana) Ltd, in Accra. The bank has been present in Africa since 1953, having opened its first overseas branch in Mombasa, Kenya, but this is the Bank of Baroda's first West African branch.
