[much greater than] Two hundred graduates from across the continent gathered in Johannesburg to celebrate the first 23 graduates from the African Scholarship programme launched and funded by Edinburgh Business School in 2010, the largest scheme of its kind. The first African Scholarship programme graduates are from six countries: Zimbabwe, Uganda, Malawi, Mauritius, Kenya and Zambia. and among them are:

Zimbabwe: Erimon Maundu, Sector Manager, Large Client Office Section, Zimbabwe Revenue Authority; Errol Hove, Chief Accountant, Zimasco Private; Willie Ganda, Director of Research Development and Innovation, Ministry of Science and Technology Development.

Uganda: Fazhil Kyeyune Mwesigwa, Audit Senior Associate at KPMG; Joseph lsiko, Manager Audit at KPMG; Moses Nsiima, Diamond Trust Bank's Head of Compliance; Simon Peter Kavuma, Deputy Chief Finance Officer at Citibank Uganda.
