(a) Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010

This was passed on 30 June and received the Royal Assent on 6 August 2010. Among many other provisions, section 52 raises the age at which a child may be prosecuted, from eight to 12. This is done by inserting a new section 41A into the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995

This is a Member's Bill, introduced on 26 May 2010, to impose a duty on the Scottish Ministers to publish an autism strategy.
